In January, 2008 a prospective customer emailed me requesting more details about the BPDown program. Here is my response:

Dear Bob,

          The Tension Devices are heart shaped squeeze (tension) balls that are calibrated to permit squeezing repeatedly by different size hands and strengths and never lose their shape or resiliency. The uniqueness of the BPDown program is combining "Zona" type squeezing with "Resperate" type breathing to produce beneficial results much quicker and more long lasting than either method alone.
          The people I have heard from, myself included, say that after using BPDown just one time, blood pressure dropped significantly. After more prolonged usage, blood pressure dropped even more, and after a few weeks blood pressure tended to stay low longer even without using BPDown everyday.
          When I use BPDown only 3 times a week, my blood pressure almost never goes above 129/75 pulse about 55, and I've recently tested as low as 109/64. Before BPDown, even with medication, my blood pressure was always above 140/85 and as high as 185/90. Though I try to use BPDown more often because it noticeably  strengthens my grip, wrists, and forearms, and scientific tests show that these exercises also improve cardiovascular functions, nitric oxide production, and antioxidant production.
